Privacy Policy
Pixel Welding (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data when you install and use our Atlassian Forge applications (the “Apps”), available via the Atlassian Marketplace.
No Data Collection or Storage
Our Apps are built using Atlassian’s Forge platform architecture. The App operates entirely within your own Atlassian Cloud environment (Jira/Confluence).
- No External Storage: We do not own, maintain, or operate external databases or servers for our Apps.
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, harvest, or store any Personal Data or Customer Data (such as names, emails, user IDs, or company content).
- Ephemeral Processing: Any processing of data required for the Apps to function happens in real-time and in-memory using standard Atlassian APIs. Once the operation is complete, the data is discarded. No data is cached or retained by us.
Infrastructure and Subprocessors
Because the Apps run on Atlassian Forge, all underlying data hosting and runtime infrastructure are provided by Atlassian.
- Data Residency: Any configurations or state variables that the app utilizes are hosted exclusively within Atlassian’s Cloud infrastructure. Your data stays wherever your Atlassian instance is located.
- Subprocessors: We do not utilize any third-party subprocessors. All infrastructure is managed by Atlassian, Inc. You can review Atlassian’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they secure your environment.
Application Logs
We do not collect or view application logs that contain user content. Technical telemetry and error logs generated by the Forge platform (such as error rates or function execution timeouts) are managed by Atlassian. In the rare event that you contact us for technical support, we will only use the information you explicitly provide to us to resolve your issue.
Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / Compliance)
Because our Apps do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external systems, standard data modification or deletion requests (such as GDPR “Right to be Forgotten” or CCPA deletion requests) are not applicable to our systems.
If you wish to remove the App and any localized platform configurations, an Atlassian Administrator can simply uninstall the App from your Atlassian instance.
